Shower had great water pressure, and the amenities felt luxurious thanks to high-quality toiletries. The room was well-maintained and stylish, fitting right into the cool vibe of Werksviertel. Just found the coffee machine a bit tricky and the need for plastic cups kind of offbeat for such a trendy place.

Highly recommend for solo travelers!
Friendly staff who were on point with communication through WhatsApp before I even got there. Loved that they stored my luggage all day while I was in meetings-super convenient!
It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but for what I got, it was still reasonable.

The hotel is perfectly situated near Ostbahnhof station for easy transport access. The surrounding area is vibrant, featuring an array of trendy restaurants and bars that make for a lively atmosphere. Additionally, I found the room to be well-equipped, and the bed incredibly comfortable, providing me with the restful nights I sought.
However, as a light sleeper, I noticed some noise disturbances from the street, which could disrupt relaxation at times.

Room layouts felt cramped, limiting mobility with luggage!!! Lack of air conditioning left rooms uncomfortably warm during peak summer heat!!! Shower designs compromised privacy, making it awkward for friends sharing a room!!!

The location is an absolute gem! Just a hop away from great local bites like Khanittha Im Werksviertel and KnodelAlm, where the grub is top-notch. Plus, free pretzels at reception on Saturday morning? Talk about a win! The staff was super efficient with check-in and check-out, making everything smooth sailing.
While the digs are neat, the room felt a bit snug for two, and there’s no breakfast to kick your day off right. A few quirks like a less-than-cozy duvet and missing wardrobe made it feel a tad less inviting.

We found the hotel conveniently located near Werk 12, just a quick walk away, which was great for our family outings. The staff really hit the mark with their friendliness, and we enjoyed the free drinks they offered for our stay without room service.
My kids wished for more comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The Gambino Hotel Werksviertel has a really modern vibe that caught my eye. The decor feels chic, matching the cool atmosphere of the surrounding area. I loved how close the hotel is to local bars and eateries. too many great options to choose from! The bed in my Queen Room was incredibly comfortable, aiding in a great night's sleep after exploring. The small food hall nearby added a nice touch as well, making meals super convenient. The bathroom was stocked with Rituals toiletries that felt quite luxurious. However, the room did have some notable inconveniences. Space was pretty tight, limiting luggage storage. The bathroom design felt unconventional—no door and limited towel space, which might catch some by surprise. Noise from outside was a concern too, making it hard to relax when I wanted to open the window for fresh air. Overall, I appreciated the aesthetics and comfort, but the layout and practicality left a bit to be desired.
